These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shift Haus website and any purchase you make through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Shift Haus website (the "Site") or placing an order with us, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• Have read and understood these Terms of Service
• Agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Pakistani laws
• Have provided accurate and truthful information during the order process

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or place orders with us.

Products & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability at the time of confirmation via WhatsApp. We make every effort to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally a product may be out of stock after you place your enquiry.

• Product images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, packaging, or minor specifications.
• Product compatibility information is provided as a general guide. We strongly recommend confirming fitment with our team via WhatsApp before ordering.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
• In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you via WhatsApp and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

Pricing

• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs).
• We reserve the right to change any price at any time without prior notice.
• A price change after your order has been confirmed via WhatsApp will not apply to that order.
• Delivery charges (if any) are discussed and confirmed at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp.
• In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you accordingly.

Order Process

Our order process works as follows:

1. You browse products on our website and add items to your cart.
2. You proceed to checkout and fill in your contact and delivery details.
3. Upon completing the checkout form, you are redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing all your order details.
4. You send the WhatsApp message to our team at +92 329 3655939.
5. Our team confirms availability, provides the final price, and processes your order.
6. A final order confirmation is sent to you via WhatsApp once everything is confirmed.

An order is only considered confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation message from our team on WhatsApp. The submission of the checkout form alone does not constitute a binding order.

Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment collected by our delivery agent upon delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.
• Bank Transfer (Meezan Bank): Account No. 1024 0113646594, Title: Fazeel Ahmed. Proof of payment must be shared via WhatsApp before dispatch.
• SadaPay: Number 0333 2334149, Title: Mehar Ali Khan. Proof of payment must be shared via WhatsApp before dispatch.

For bank transfer and SadaPay orders, your order will only be dispatched after payment proof has been received and verified by our team. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect account details if you fail to verify them with us before transferring.

Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for most cities. Remote areas may take longer.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Once dispatched, a tracking number (if available) will be shared via WhatsApp.
• It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided. Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of false information
• Pricing errors on the website
• Failure to provide payment proof for prepaid orders within 24 hours
• Delivery address is outside our serviceable areas
• Unusual or bulk orders that appear commercially motivated without prior agreement

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, logos, design, layout, and graphics — is the property of Shift Haus or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• Product names and brand logos of third-party manufacturers belong to their respective owners.
• You may share links to our website but may not frame or scrape content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shift Haus shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website
• Vehicle damage resulting from incorrect installation of products by the customer
• Products used outside their intended purpose or specification
• Losses arising from delivery delays by third-party couriers
• Any technical issues with the website including downtime or errors

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues before pursuing formal legal action. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
