Shift Haus stands behind the quality of every product we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage applicable to each product category. Please read this carefully so you understand exactly what is covered before making a purchase.
đĄī¸ Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues that exist at the time of purchase. It does not cover damage caused by installation errors, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Section 02
Electronics â 7-Day Checking Warranty
All electronic products sold by Shift Haus carry a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery. This means:
- You have 7 days from the delivery date to test the product thoroughly and report any defects
- The product must be tested before permanent installation where possible â once permanently wired in, the checking warranty is considered used
- Defects reported within 7 days will be assessed and, if confirmed as manufacturing defects, a replacement or repair will be arranged
- After the 7-day period, electronics are considered accepted and no warranty claims will be entertained
This checking warranty specifically covers:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) â product does not power on or function at all
- Partial functionality â some features do not work as specified (e.g. Bluetooth on a head unit does not connect)
- Physical manufacturing defects visible upon unboxing (cracked screen, broken port, etc.)
- Incorrect product supplied (different model or specification from what was ordered)
đą Important for dashcams and head units: Please test all functions (screen, audio, connectivity, recording) within 48 hours of delivery and report any issues immediately. Do not wait until after installation to discover a fault.
Section 03
Interior & Exterior Parts
Interior and exterior accessories carry a 7-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Interior products (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, gear knobs, trim kits):
- Check for stitching defects, torn material, or broken clips/brackets upon delivery
- Report any issues before installation â once installed, the warranty does not cover fitment complaints
- Normal wear and tear, fading from sunlight, and damage from cleaning products are not covered
Exterior products (bumper lips, diffusers, shark fin antenna, mirror covers):
- Inspect for cracks, broken tabs, or surface defects on arrival
- Fitment issues due to vehicle body modifications or aftermarket bumpers are not covered
- Paint chipping, scratches, or damage during installation is not covered
Section 04
Car Care Products
Car care consumables â including shampoos, ceramic coatings, tyre dressings, and detailing kits â do not carry a formal warranty period. However:
- If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or clearly defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will replace genuinely defective or damaged consumables at no cost
- Results of car care products (e.g. coating durability, shine levels) are dependent on application technique, surface preparation, and environmental conditions â these are not covered as warranty claims

What the Warranty Covers

- Manufacturing defects that existed at the time of purchase
- Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) â do not function at all
- Significant deviation from the product description or specifications confirmed at time of order
- Broken or missing components that were listed as included
- Structural defects in materials (e.g. torn seams in seat covers, cracked plastic in bumper lip)

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

- Damage caused by incorrect installation by the customer or a third-party installer
- Physical damage, scratches, dents, or cracks caused after delivery
- Water damage to electronics (unless the product is specifically rated waterproof)
- Damage from electrical surges, incorrect voltage, or improper wiring
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Fading, discolouration, or degradation from UV exposure, harsh cleaning chemicals, or extreme weather
- Products where the serial number or label has been removed or tampered with
- Warranty claims submitted after the 7-day window
- Issues arising from use outside the product's stated purpose or specification
- Compatibility issues arising from vehicle modifications not disclosed at time of purchase
Section 07
How to Claim Warranty
To submit a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 329 3655939 within the warranty period
- Provide your order number from the original WhatsApp order confirmation
- Send clear photos or a video demonstrating the defect or issue
- For electronics, send a video showing the product powered on and the specific fault
- Our team will review your claim within 1â2 business days
- If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on stock availability and the nature of the defect
- We may ask you to return the defective item before dispatching a replacement â in such cases, we cover the return shipping cost for approved warranty claims
Section 08
Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
- The warranty is void if the product has been repaired, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than Shift Haus
- We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a claimed defect constitutes a manufacturing fault or customer-caused damage
- Our liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price â we are not liable for any consequential losses including vehicle damage from a defective product
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under applicable Pakistani consumer protection laws.
