WARRANTY POLICY

What This Warranty Covers

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects that exist at the time of delivery and appear during normal use, including:

• Electrical or mechanical failure not caused by misuse, accident, or incorrect installation
• LED units that stop working under normal operating conditions
• Batteries in jump starter kits that fail to hold charge under normal use, within the warranty period
• Faulty components present at the time of purchase

This warranty is provided by Shift Haus in addition to your rights under the 7-day Refund & Return Policy, which covers the initial return window separately.

Warranty Periods by Product

Warranty coverage depends on the product category:

Consumable or non-electronic accessories (brushes, cloths, coatings, and similar items) do not carry a warranty, as they are subject to normal wear with use. Please inspect these items on delivery — any manufacturing fault must be reported within 48 hours under our Refund Policy.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, including incorrect wiring to the door sensor
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, water ingress, or exposure to extreme conditions beyond the product's rating
• Normal wear and tear, including LED brightness reduction over extended use
• Products that have been opened, modified, or repaired by someone other than Shift Haus
• Battery drain caused by leaving lights or accessories connected without following installation guidance
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's function
• Products purchased from any reseller other than Shift Haus directly

We strongly recommend professional installation, or confirming installation steps with our team on WhatsApp, to avoid damage that would void warranty coverage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 329 3655939 within the applicable warranty period
2. Provide your order number and the approximate purchase date
3. Describe the fault and send a clear photo or short video showing the issue
4. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and confirm whether it is covered
5. If approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item in for inspection

Please do not attempt to open, disassemble, or repair the product yourself, as this will void the warranty.

Repair, Replacement or Refund

Once a warranty claim is approved and the item has been inspected, Shift Haus will, at our discretion:

• Repair the faulty item where possible, or
• Replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or
• Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Approved warranty repairs or replacements are provided at no additional cost. If the item needs to be shipped back to us for inspection, we will confirm shipping arrangements at the time of your claim.

Warranty vs. Return Policy

Our warranty and our return policy cover different things:

• The 7-day Return Policy covers change of mind, wrong item received, or a defect discovered immediately after delivery — see our Refund & Return Policy.
• The Warranty Policy (this page) covers manufacturing defects that appear after the item has been installed and used, for the remainder of the warranty period listed in Section 2.
